Raymond Birdseye held the position of President of Barclays Bank Corporate Division in North America for a number of years before joining the Board of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as financial regulator for United Kingdom Airline Companies and Air Travel Organisers Licences. Additionally, he was Chairman of the CAA Audit Committee and several other committees.
