What is required to set up an Alderney registered company?

An application for a full eGambling licence must be made in the name of an Alderney registered company. Advice on forming and registering an Alderney company and the associated processes can be obtained from one of a number of companies in Alderney or Guernsey, as well as the Director of e-commerce for the States of Alderney.
